Licensed Community Association Manager in Punta Gorda, FL
This position is responsible for managing the relationships with the Board of Directors, Developer, Home/Unit Owners of the Community Association and to oversee the maintenance of the amenities, common areas and all other association assets.
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
· Have two - five years of association management experience
· Computer skills including online research, Word. and Excel
· Knowledge of TOPS software desirable
· Goal Oriented
· Presentation Skills

· Emphasizing Excellence
· Negotiation of Vendor Agreements
· Team Attitude
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Pleasant and courteous demeanor when dealing with owners, Board members, vendors
Education and License Requirements:
· Must be High School Graduate.
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
· Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager with no disciplinary action taken.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
